Very nice anatomy! Also, this is digital? The style is reminiscent of classic comic book art, done with good old pen and paper, so kudos on your technique.

Very good overall, from the crisp line work and subtle lighting and shading that gives it a grungy kind of look. And the style lends itself to Ruffalo's Hulk, which is my favorite design yet.

Only real negatives I can think of is the length and overall size of his left arm. It just looks smaller than his right, which is particularly odd because his left arm is closer to the viewer. If anything, it should be larger than the right arm, given the perspective.

And this one's more of a nitpick, so take it however you like, or just ignore it entirely, but I think your hatching/cross hatching work could be a little more deliberate. The musculature lines, particularly on his legs, sort of look like stitches.
